BerkeleyHome Real Estate was founded by Tim Cannon and Anne Politeo in November of 2000. Both Anne and Tim started their careers in the late 1970's, having worked in both large and small offices.

In the summer of 2009, Tim and Anne merged their company with Marvin Gardens Real Estate, which has branch offices in Kensington, El Cerrito and Pt. Richmond. The newly formed office is Marvin Gardens Real Estate, Hopkins and Monterey.

Prior to the opening of BerkeleyHome, Tim managed an office of approximately 36 agents for 8 years for a local, regional real estate company.

Our office is ideally located at the corner of Monterey and Hopkins Streets, in a popular shopping area across from Monterey Market, a well known source of excellent produce.
